DMCAR hosted a webinar featuring representatives from Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency (CASR) to discuss the latest updates to Denver’s Energize Denver initiative, which requires covered buildings 25,000 square feet and larger to meet energy performance targets in between now and 2030. Energize Denver represents the City’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from buildings by 2040.
